This membership plan is designed for patients who do not have dental insurance — or whose insurance doesn't cover their needs. It's a straightforward discount plan that replaces traditional insurance with a simple annual fee.

Enrollment begins on the first of the month after payment is received and paid in full. Your plan is active for 365 days from that date.

Yes. Family members can be added during enrollment.

No. Cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatments must occur within the plan year and cannot be carried over. We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance.

No. The plan is non-transferable and cannot be shared with or substituted for another family member.

Annual fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for underutilization, relocation, or if dental insurance is obtained after enrollment.

No. This plan cannot be combined with any other dental insurance or discount program.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of a visit, loss of the 20% discount, or a minimum $50/hr missed appointment fee.
